All orders are subject to shipping charges
All orders take 5 business to fully process. If you are located outside the US, your order will be subject to Additional Shipping cost. Please send us a Email at firstname.lastname@example.org and will get you a shipping quote. Items ship directly from our facility in Arcadia, Ca or direct from our head manufacture.
Returns: Once you receive your order, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return the product. If you wish to return your item, customer is responsible for shipping back the item. Depending on the product there could be a restocking fee. All products which are approved for return are for store credit ONLY. All products returned MUST be in the original shipping package in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item ONLY. There is NO return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it be in the same condition.
Receiving Damaged or Defective Item: If you received your item and it is damaged from shipping or the product is defected. Please take as many picture of the box and product, send us the photos to "email@example.com". We will then determine if this was a shipping issue or QC issue. If its a QC issue a return label will be sent to you via email. Once we receive your package back to our facility, we will figure out a solution for both parties. If the issue is from shipping , we would ask that you put the item pack in its original box and a claim will be stared immediately with the shipping carrier used.
Installation: All products REQUIRE professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All carbon fiber products will not sustain heavy force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. AA CONCEPTS CO has made an effort to make sure all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely NO returns on painted products.
Carbon Fiber Disclaimer: Depending on the complexity of the products intricate design, hand laid carbon fiber parts may have minor shifts in the weave. We offer NO WARRANTY on any of our aero products. After care is the utmost importance. Please Advise.
