If you are Ordering products from us, you are agreeing to the TERMS below. All orders can only be placed only VIA ( online, social media and email )



All orders are subject to shipping charges

All orders take 3 business to fully process (Shipping/Tax/fees not included) If you are located outside the US, your order will be subject to Additional Shipping cost. Please send us a Email at and will get you a shipping quote.


Once you received your order from the delivery date, you have 7 days from that period to return the product. We will also inspect the product to make sure there's no damages or any other defects. Depending on the Product there could be a restocking fee. Customer pays for the return shipping and a refund will be issued minus the shipping charge that was first given. All products which are approved for return are for store credit ONLY. All products returned MUST be in the original shipping Package in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item ONLY. There is NO return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it be in the same condition. 


Cancelling Your Order: If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, please note. If you cancelled the order before it leaves our location you will be given a full refund. If the order has left our location, you have to wait for the order to be shipped to you, then you the buyer is RESPONSIBLE for paying for the return shipping. Once we receive the package we will inspect the order and then we will issue the refund minus the shipping cost. Depending on the Product there could be a restocking fee. Shipping Cost Will NOT refunded if tracking number is providing within 24 hrs. 


Damaged Items from shipping: If you received your item and it is damaged from shipping or the product is defected. Please take as many picture of the box and product, send us the photos to "" . We will figure out a solution for both parties as soon as we receive your package . 


Defective Products: All products REQUIRE professional installation. Some adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return. 


Installation: All products REQUIRE professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All carbon fiber products will not sustain heavy force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. AA CONCEPTS CO has made an effort to make sure all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely NO returns on painted products.
